TenColors produced a documentary-style interview with fashion designer Viva Veritas, whose work transforms vintage kimonos into contemporary garments, preserving traditional Japanese craftsmanship through modern design.

Approach

To tell her story authentically, we filmed inside her studio, surrounded by sketches, fabrics, and works in progress. The setting provided a natural window into her creative process and the philosophy behind her work.

Result

The final film offers an intimate look at a designer bridging tradition and innovation, highlighting how cultural heritage can be reinterpreted for a new generation while remaining rooted in its origins.
